1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Lackin LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our apps, including DrinkMilk and FocusMate, and related pages on lackin.app.

2. DrinkMilk Information

DrinkMilk is designed to work without a social account, public profile, advertising tracker, or external milk log database. The app saves routine data on your device, including selected milk type, goal, cadence, flavor, reminder time, cups logged, streak count, open-carton amount, and sealed-carton count.

If you enable reminders, DrinkMilk stores notification permission state and schedules a local iOS notification. DrinkMilk does not collect location, contacts, camera frames, photos, messages, HealthKit records, payment card numbers, or advertising identifiers.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

For paid features such as Milk+, Apple processes App Store payments and RevenueCat helps check entitlement status. Lackin LLC may receive subscription status, product identifiers, renewal state, and receipt metadata needed to unlock paid access, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and support billing questions. Lackin LLC does not receive full payment card numbers.

4. Support Communications

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, app name, device details, app version, and issue description. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, medical records, or sensitive documents in support requests.

5. FocusMate Information

FocusMate may include optional camera-based attention cues. Camera access is off unless enabled by the user. When enabled, live camera frames are processed on device for focus cues and are not stored, uploaded, sold, or used for advertising by Lackin LLC.

6. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our apps.
• Save app settings and routine state.
• Verify purchases, restore subscriptions, and unlock paid features.
• Respond to support, privacy, legal, or business requests.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

7. Sharing

We may share information:

• With Apple for App Store distribution, billing, refunds, and subscription management.
• With RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlement status.
• With service providers that help us operate support, email, website hosting, analytics, and security.
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information and do not use app data to track you across apps or websites for ads.

8. Retention

On-device app data remains on your device until you reset it, remove it, or iOS removes it. Purchase and subscription records are retained as needed to provide paid access, handle renewals and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer and maintain support records.

9. Your Choices

You can manage notifications and camera access in iOS Settings, reset app data inside supported apps, manage subscriptions through your Apple ID, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information Lackin LLC holds.

10. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us in violation of applicable law, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date above.
