1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Lackin LLC apps, including DrinkMilk and FocusMate, and related pages on lackin.app. By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

2. DrinkMilk

DrinkMilk is a personal routine tracker for logging milk, estimating fridge inventory, setting a daily reminder, and keeping a streak. DrinkMilk supports dairy, lactose-free, oat, and other milk routines. DrinkMilk is not medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding what you drink and for following any guidance from qualified professionals.

3. FocusMate

FocusMate may provide focus rooms, accountability timers, productivity tools, and optional on-device camera attention cues. FocusMate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, educational decisions, employment decisions, or emergency services.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use our apps in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use our apps only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the apps for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or bypass app security controls.
• Misrepresent our apps as medical, therapeutic, dietary, legal, educational, or professional advice.
• Use the apps in a way that creates risk of injury, distraction, or legal violation.
• Interfere with subscriptions, purchase validation, or entitlement checks.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features, including Milk+ where available, are billed through the Apple App Store. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, and family sharing are governed by Apple's App Store terms and the information shown at purchase. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions may automatically renew through your Apple ID.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. RevenueCat may be used to check subscription status and unlock paid app features.

7. Intellectual Property

Our apps, including software, branding, interface design, artwork, text, and related intellectual property, are owned by Lackin LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Lackin LLC intellectual property.

8. Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse paid features, or where required by law.

9. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lackin LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lackin LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, productivity, goodwill, routine continuity, or business opportunity resulting from your use of our apps.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date above.
