1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lackin mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally allowed to use the Services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account credentials.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or harassing behavior.
• Impersonate others or provide false identity information.
• Post content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass app security controls.
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation on the Services.

4. Location Features and Safety

Lackin includes location-based gameplay features such as live zones, proximity signals, and movement updates. You are solely responsible for your personal safety while using these features.

Do not use the Services while driving or in any way that creates a risk of injury, property damage, or legal violation. The Services are not an emergency service and are not guaranteed to be real-time, accurate, or continuously available.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (such as photos, captions, and profile content). By posting content, you grant Lackin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, interface design, and all related intellectual property (excluding user content), are owned by Lackin or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase paid features, billing is handled by the platform provider (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play). Your purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also governed by that platform billing billing terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users, or where required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lackin disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lackin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the app or website.
