DrinkMilk Support

DrinkMilk helps you log half-cup and full-cup pours, track fridge inventory, choose a milk routine, schedule one daily reminder, and restore Milk+ purchases. It works with dairy, lactose-free, oat, and other milk routines.

• Milk logs, streaks, reminder choices, and fridge inventory are saved on your device.
• Milk+ weekly and yearly subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store.
• RevenueCat is used to check Milk+ entitlement status and restore purchases.
• DrinkMilk does not collect location, camera, contacts, photos, messages, or HealthKit data.

Subscriptions and Billing

Milk+ is available as weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

App Store billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and family sharing are handled by Apple. Lackin LLC does not receive full payment card numbers.

DrinkMilk Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Lackin LLC handles information for DrinkMilk and Milk+. DrinkMilk is designed to work without a social account, public profile, advertising tracker, or external milk log database.

Information handled by DrinkMilk

• On-device routine data, including selected milk type, goal, cadence, flavor, reminder time, cups logged, streak count, open-carton amount, and sealed-carton count.
• Notification permission state and a local daily reminder if you choose to enable reminders.
• Purchase information from Apple and RevenueCat, such as subscription status, product identifier, renewal state, and receipt metadata needed to unlock or restore Milk+.
• Support information you choose to send by email, such as your email address and issue details.

DrinkMilk does not collect precise location, contacts, camera frames, photos, messages, HealthKit records, payment card numbers, or advertising identifiers. Routine data saved by the app stays on your device unless you include it in a support request.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate DrinkMilk, save your routine, schedule reminders you request, verify Milk+ purchases, restore subscriptions, respond to support, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Purchase-related information may be shared with Apple and RevenueCat. Support and website operation may involve service providers that help Lackin LLC run email and lackin.app.

Lackin LLC does not sell personal information and does not use DrinkMilk data to track you across apps or websites for advertising.

Retention, choices, and requests

On-device DrinkMilk data remains on your device until you reset it in the app or remove the app, subject to iOS behavior. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide paid access, process renewals and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer and maintain support records.

You can turn reminders off in DrinkMilk, change notification permission in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions through your Apple ID, and contact business@lackin.app to request access, correction, or deletion of information Lackin LLC holds.

DrinkMilk Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of DrinkMilk, Milk+, and related support pages provided by Lackin LLC. By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using DrinkMilk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DrinkMilk.

What DrinkMilk does

DrinkMilk is a personal routine tracker for logging milk, estimating fridge inventory, setting a daily reminder, and keeping a streak. DrinkMilk is not medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding what you drink and for following any guidance from qualified professionals.

Acceptable use

• Do not use DrinkMilk for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or bypass app security controls.
• Do not interfere with subscriptions, purchase validation, or entitlement checks.
• Do not rely on DrinkMilk for medical, emergency, safety-critical, or dietary decisions.

Purchases

Milk+ subscriptions are billed by Apple. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellations, refunds, and family sharing are governed by Apple's App Store terms and the purchase sheet shown at checkout. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions may automatically renew through your Apple ID.

Ownership, availability, and liability

DrinkMilk, including its software, branding, interface design, artwork, text, and related intellectual property, is owned by Lackin LLC or its licensors. DrinkMilk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lackin LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, routine continuity, or business opportunity resulting from your use of DrinkMilk.
